Kim Miller was a three-sport standout for the Hornets from 1975-80.  She played guard for the basketball team from 1975-79 and was an All-Conference performer in 1977.  She also played shortstop on the softball team from 1975-78 and 1980 and was a three-time All-Conference selection.  A native of Ottawa, she was a member of the 1980 AIAW National Championship squad and was named All-Tournament at the event.  Following her collegiate career, she was invited to try out for the 1983 USA Pan American softball team and was a member of a Tri-Nation squad which faced Japan in 1983.  She also played field hockey from 1976-78.
