February 14, 2026-Emporai State had two more provisional qualifiers on Saturday at the Russ Jewett Gorilla Classic in Pittsburg, Kan.
 
Connor Deters had another provisional qualifier with a mark of 17.15m (56-03.25) to place sixth in the men's shot put.
 
The foursome of Braden Lipgens, Israel Domeh, Alden Mollerus, and Andrew Holton ran 3:14.89 to hit another provisional qualifier in the men's 4x400m relay as they placed sixth.
 
Stella Agbokpah had the top finish for the Emporia State women as she ran 7.64 to place fifth in the 60m.
 
The next action for Emporia State will be on February 20 when the take part in the Friday Night Lights meet at Northwest Missouri.
