HIT THE ROAD
Emporia State begins a regular season ending eight game road swing with a Turnpike Tussle doubleheader at Washburn on Sunday followed by a trip to Missouri Southern on Monday.
LAST AT BAT
Emporia State split a double header with #16 Central Oklahoma, defeating the Bronchos 5-4 in the matinee before falling 8-1 in the night cap.

April Huddleston-Rosales is 147-144 in her sixth year as the head coach at Emporia State. She served as an assistant for seven seasons. She was a member of both the Hornets national runner-up teams in 2006 and 2008. She is 8-8 against Washburn and 8-3 against Missouri Southern.
