April 13, 2026-Due to the weather forecast several changes have been made to the schedule for the ESU Relays this weekend.
The collegiate portion of the ESU Relays will now be conducted on Thursday, April 16 with the high school part of the track meet being moved entirely to Friday, April 17. The competition will start at 10:30 a.m. each day.
As of Monday evening there are no changes planned for the rest of Emporia State's Sting into Spring weekend. Men's and women's tennis is scheduled to play Northwest Missouri starting at 10:00 a.m. at the Kossover Family Tennis Center,  while at the Trusler Sports Complex softball will take on Northwest Missouri in a double header starting at 2:00 p.m. and baseball will wrap up the day against Central Missouri starting at 6:00 p.m. Women's tennis will play host to Missouri Western on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the Kossover Center followed by a softball double header against Missouri Western at noon and game two of the baseball series against Central Missouri set for 2:00 p.m. The Hornet baseball team will wrap up the weekend on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. in the final game of the series with the Mules.
