December 13, 2013-The Emporia State track & field teams will get the 2013-14 season started in full this weekend in Manhattan, Kan.  Five Hornets will compete in the Carol Robinson Pentathlon on Friday while the rest of the team will compete at the KSU Winter Invitational on Saturday.

The teams will then take the semester break off before returning to action on January 10 at the Mizzou Opener in Columbia, mo.
