We are making available a limited number of game-worn Emporia State Hornet football helmets. You will be able to choose a gold, black or white helmet which we will custom decorate for you. These helmets make an excellent gift and will look fantastic in a basement, home or work office, man cave, den or rec room.
Here is how the program works:
1. Use the QR code below or click here to access the online Emporia State Football Helmet Order Form.
2. Complete a separate order form for each helmet you wish to order.
3. We will clean and decorate your helmet(s) as specified and email you a picture of your decorated helmet(s) for your review and approval.
4. We will call you to get your verbal approval of your helmet(s).
5. You will pay for your helmet(s) by mailing a check or providing credit card information.
6. We will mail your helmet(s) via USPS.
7. We will email you shipping information so you can track your package(s).
8. Allow 14 to 21 calendar days for decorating and shipping.
Please note that these helmets are for display/decorative purposes only. These helmets are no longer safe for their original intended for use. The crown pad in the top of each helmet has been removed rendering them unusable.
