Emporia State travels south to Enid, Okla for a midweek rematch from opening weekend against Southwestern Oklahoma.

Sam Chaput and
Blake Carroll. Chaput is batting .354 with a .447 on-base percentage. Carroll is close behind with a .323 batting average and an on-base percentage of .397. The recent push from
TJ Racherbaumer has helped the lineup as he is batting .359 with a team-high seven doubles.
SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS
Southwestern Oklahoma is 7-11 on the season. The Bulldog offense is led by a trio of hitters in Zach Baxley, Taylan Mullins-Ohm and Alex Rice who all post batting averages of .300 or better on the season. Mullins-Ohm has posted the power numbers with five doubles, a triple and three home runs with 11 RBI and a .604 slugging percentage. On the mound, Nate Postlethwait leads the staff with 23.2 innings and has recorded a team-high 20 strikeouts.

LAST TIME AGAINST SWOSU
During opening weekend, Emporia State took on Southwestern Oklahoma from Edmond in the First Pitch Invitational. The Hornets recorded a three-run fifth inning and were able to hold off the Bulldogs late push with a game-clinching double play to give
