2016 – Holden is in her senior season and will be anchoring the defense for the Hornets as their libero. 

2015 – As a junior at Emporia State, Holden played in all 29 matches and was a solid defensive player. She totaled 514 digs to average 4.90 digs per set, ending the season fifth in the MIAA standings. Holden had a season high 30 digs on November 7 at home versus Lindenwood and had 13 matches with 20 or more digs. She was named to the MIAA Academic Excellence with a 4.00 GPA, also earning a spot on the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2014 – In her sophomore year at Emporia State, Holden played in 27 matches and had a combined 482 digs, averaging 4.55 digs per set.  Holden hit a season high 25 digs in one match on three separate occasions – first against Southwest Baptist on October 10, again against Missouri Western on October 17, and finally in a hard fought win against nationally ranked University of Central Missouri on October 24. Holden is a biology major and was named to the 2014 MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2013 – In her first season with the Hornets, she made All-MIAA honorable mention. Holden had 469 digs while averaging 4.3 digs per set, both of which lead the Hornets in 2013.

High School – She was an honorable mention all-district selection as a junior and senior for Class 5A Eagles. She earned honorable mention all-state honors for Class 3A state champion Canyon Creek Christian Academy as a freshman.

Personal – A biology major, Holden is the daughter of Mark and Sandra Holden, and has one sister, Rebecca. Holden is a nursing major.
