FINAL HOME STAND
With two games left in the regular season, Emporia State needs at least one win for a chance to advance to the MIAA tournament. Even with two wins the Hornets will need some help to advance to the post season for the fourth time in the last five seasons. The playoff situation will clear up some after Friday's matches.

THE COACHES
Bryan Sailer is 46-61-20 in his seventh year at Emporia State and is the winningest coach in program history. He has a career record of 105-84-22 that includes  four years at the community college level. He is 7-2-3 against Washburn and 2-5-2 against Nebraska Kearney.
Davy Phillips is 9-6-1 in his first season as the head coach for Washburn.
Chloe Roberts is 4-9-3 in her first season as the head coach for Nebraska Kearney.

LAST TIME OUT
Emporia State fell to 0-3 to Missouri Western in Emporia, Kan. There were 19 fouls by each team in the match. The Hornets were outshot 18-6 in the match 11-3 on goal. ABOUT NEBRASKA KEARNEY
Nebraska Kearney is 4-9-3 on the season, 1-7-1 in the MIAA. The Lopers have outshot opponents 168-165 on the season and been outscored by them 9-22. The Lopers are led by Megan Cook and Molly Willis with two goals each on the season. In goal, Ali Hirschman has 52 saves in 12 starts for the Lopers.
