February 13, 2016-The #21 Lady Hornets put five players in double figures as they cruised to a 99-45 win at Lincoln on Saturday afternoon.

OUT QUICK
Emporia State scored the first nine points of the game and never looked back. A Jacee Kramer three-pointer gave the Lady Hornets a 25-9 lead with 26 seconds left in the quarter. A 19-9 burst in the second period gave Emporia State a 44-20 lead at the break.

SPREAD IT OUT
The big early lead allowed the Lady Hornets to get plenty of playing time for a number of players. All 12 players saw at least three minutes of time with 11 of 12 players scoring, 11 of 12 getting a rebound and nine of 12 dishing an assist.

THE NUMBERS
Sandra Ngoie led five Lady Hornets in double figures with 19 points. Kathryn Flott had 16 points and eight rebounds while Kelsey Barnwell added 12 points. Kelly Moten and JaceeKramer each added ten points. Moten finished with six assists and five steals as well.

MOVING ON UP
Moten's ten points moved her past Andi McAlexander (1,150 pts from 2002-06) into 22
nd on the Lady Hornet all-time scoring list. Moten now has 1,157 points and needs two more to tie Sheri Moore (1,159 pts from 1988-92) for 21
st and 14 more to tie Andrea Leiker (1,171 pts from 2005-09) and move into the top 20.
