November 22, 2013-Emporia State fell for the second time this season, losing 67-58 to the host Alaska Nanooks on the second day of the GCI Alaska Invitational in Fairbanks, Alaska.
Paul Bunch led Emporia State with 13 points, five rebounds and two block and was joined in double figures by Micah Swank with 11 points. Terrence Moore had five steals but went zero for eight from behind the three point line as Emporia State went three of 21 as a team.
The Hornets will wrap up their three days in Alaska on Saturday when they take on Mary of the NSIC.
