Daniel Naus is in his first year as an associate athletic trainer for Emporia State.

Naus spent the previous four years as an athletic trainer at Ottawa University. He most recently was the primary athletic trainer for men’s and women’s soccer, softball and track & field. During his time with the Braves he updated all pre-participation paperwork to digital forms, streamlined concussion testing, and was the Ottawa athletic training point of contact for athletic insurance.

He completed his Bachelor of Athletic Training at Weber State after playing college baseball for two years at Colorado Northwester CC. Naus worked two years at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi as graduate assistant athletic trainer graduating with his Master of Science in Kinesiology.
