2013- For the second year in a row, Kaiser was Honorable Mention on the All-MIAA team. 


2012- She was named as an honorable mention member of the All-MIAA squad in her junior season at Emporia State. She played in all 32 matches in 2012, starting 29 of them. She was second on the team with a 2.46 kills per set average and tied for first on the team with 17 service aces.
