In HS
A graduate of Mount St. Mary HS, Lassiter was a team captain, a 2x State medalist, and a receipient of the sportsmanship award and the sprinter of the year award.
At ESU
2019-20: Lassiter will begin her collegiate career with the lady hornets where she will look to develop into an elite sprinter. Lassiter saw a season best in the 400 meters at the Bearcat Open where she ran 1:09.24. Her outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.
2020-21: Lassiter enters her second season with the lady Hornets where she will continue to develop her speed. This season saw many improvements for Lassiter. She had a PR in the long jump at the Wichita State Open by jumping 4.65m (15'3.25"). Lassiter completed her first heptathlon at the K.T. Woodman Classic by scoring 3205 points. She ended her season at the Alex Francis Classic where she ran a lifetime best 1:14.63 for 400 meter hurdles.
