A graduate from Lawrence Free State, McAndrew-Beckman was a member of the National Honors Society. McAndrew-Beckman was a 4 year letter winner for track & field as well as a 4 year letter winner for cross country.
At ESU
2019-20: McAndrew-Beckman will begin her collegiate career with the lady hornets where she will look to develop her speed and technique. McAndrew-Beckman red-shirted the indoor season and her outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.
2020-21: McAndrew-Beckman is coming off a redshirt year and is eager to get on the track for the lady Hornets. McAndrew-Beckman would run 14.01 for 100 meters at the Wichita State Open and she would go on to improve that time a few weeks later at the Alex Francis Classic by clocking a 13.79.
