At ESU
2018-19: Now a Sophomore for the Hornets, Conway will be a back-bone for the women's throws and will try to improve upon her PR's of 129'7" in the javelin and 132'6" in the hammer.
2019-20: After redshirting the 2018-19 season, Conway comes into the 2019-20 season with a new attitude and work ethic. Conway was able to throw the Hammer 163'8" back in April as a redshirt and will look to be a contributor for the lady hornets come championship season. Conway threw a PR in the weight throw with a mark of 49'6.25" (15.09m) at the Steve Miller Open. Her outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.
2020-21: Conway enters this season with the determination to be a contributor come championship season. This outdoor season was easily the season of a lifetime for Conway. It started with a 44.02m (144'5") javelin throw at the ESU Spring Invitational. She set a big lifetime best in the hammer throw at the Midwest Classic with a toss of 56.29m (184'8") and would go on the next week to improve that mark to 57.63m (189'1") which is a new school record. Conway now has her eyes set on scoring some big points at the MIAA Outdoor Championships with a possibile All-American honor at the end of May.Â

Born March 25, 1999...daughter of Steve Conway and Angela Stanley...has three siblings, Emma, Courtney, and Chelsea...majoring in business education and sports leadership & recreation with a minor in coaching.
