In HS
Ramsey is a graduate of Hutchinson HS where she holds the school record in cross country for 5000 meters. Ramsey qualified for the State Championship her Freshman and Senior year and she placed 13th in the 17-18 category at the Cross Country Coaches National Youth Championships. Ramsey was a member of the National Honors Society, a Kansas Honors Scholar, and was on the Principal's Honor Roll all four years.
At ESU
2020: Ramsey joins the lady Hornets where she hopes to become a contributor come championship season. Her Freshman season was canceled due to COVID-19.
2021: Ramsey continued her 2021 Track season success onto the Cross Country course. Ramsey ran a 5K PR of 17:22 at the MOSO stampede, and continued the success as she set the Jones Park course record in a time of 18:12. In the Postseason she won the MIAA Conference meet in the 6K with a time of 21:50, then set a PR in the 6K at the NCAA Central Region meet in a time of 20:54 where she placed 4th to make the All-Central Region team and qualify to the National Meet in St. Leo, Florida. She looks to continue this success into the 2022 Track season for the Lady Hornets.
