Biography

Last season as a sophomore for the Hornets, Carmona had a .245 batting average with 13 RBI and 11 runs.

In her freshman season in 2015 with Emporia State, Carmona had one hit for her one at bat.

Carmona was a four year letterwinner and starter at Lawrence high school. She garnered Honorable Mention All-Sunflower League in 2013 and 2014 after being named Second Team All-Area and Second Team All-League in 2012. Carmona helped Lawrence high school to a 6A Regional Championship in 2011.

Carmona is majoring in Health Promotion, minoring in Spanish. She is the daughter of Manuel Carmona and Jen Jordan.
