Josie is in her fifth year with the Hornets and has made 51 appearances in the circle and had over 200 at-bats in her career.

Senior Season (2023)
Played in 38 games and made 31 starts in the field while making 18 appearances in the circle ... Recorded a season-high eight strikeouts in a complete game shutout against Nebraska-Kearney (4/7) ... Went 3-3 from the plate with a home run in 9-1 win over Lincoln (3/25) ... Finished the season with a 6-5 record and 4.05 ERA across 65.2 inning pitched while recording 54 strikeouts, four complete games and two shutouts. 

Junior Season (2022)
Played in 47 games and made 36 starts in the field while making 16 appearances in the circle ... Recorded first career complete game shutout while posting a season-high seven strikeouts in a win against Missouri-St. Louis (2/21) ... Tallied seven multi-hit game with a season-high three hits in an 8-0 win against Southwest Minnesota (2/27) ... Finished the season with 41.1 innings pitched with 36 strikeouts and a .256 batting average against ... Recorded a .288 batting average, 30 hits, 17 runs scored, five doubles, two home runs, 17 RBI, five walks and four stolen bases.

Sophomore Season (2021)
Played in 19 games in the field and made 12 appearances in the circle ... Hurled three complete games in four-game stretch with third being first complete game shutout in a win against Augustana (3/21) ... Recorded a career-high four hits and went 4-4 with a double, three RBI and two runs scored in an 18-6 win over Minnesota-Crookston (2/28) ... Finished the season with four complete games, 55.1 innings pitched and 35 strikeouts in the circle ... Recorded 10 hits, four runs scored, two doubles, four RBI, two walks and a .371 on-base percentage.

Freshman Season (2020)
Made 5 appearances in the shortened COVID-19 season ... Tallied 14.1 innings pitched, eight strikeouts, and won two games

High School
Attended St. Mary's HS in St. Mary's, Kan. ... Earned Class 3A All-State First Team honors in her senior season as the Bears made the KSHSAA 3A State Tournament
