A decorated athlete for the Hornets, Goodwin is a multiple time champion in the 4x400 and 400m. Goodwin is in his Senior year where he will try to best his PR's of 46.30 (400), 21.00 (200), 3:08 (4x400), and 6.80 (60).
2019-20: Goodwin ran his way onto the top 5 list even more when he ran a 6.77 in the 60 meter dash at the MIAA Indoor Championships. His 6.77 places him 4th all time in ESU history for 60 meters. Goodwin would break the school record in the 200 meters at the same meet by running 21.13. He would also better his own school record in the 400 meters by running a 46.65 at the Gorilla Classic. Goodwin helped lead the 4x400 meter relay to victory at the MIAA Indoor Championships. His outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19 but he will return for his final Outdoor season in 2021.
2020-21: Goodwin opened his final season for the Hornets at the ESU Spring Invitational where he ran a lifetime best of 10.50 in the 100 meters and a 21.93 for 200 meters.
