Biography
In HS
A graduate from Burleson HS, Haynes was a two-time All-District, two-time All-Area, and All-Region athlete in track and field.
At ESU
2017-18: Haynes began his collegiate career with the Hornets where he turned his SB time of 51.50 in the 400 meters at the ESU Spring Invitational.
2018-19:Entering his second season with the Hornets, Haynes turned more towards the 600 yard race where he ran a PR of 1:17.05 at the MIAA Indoor Championships. At the MIAA Outdoor Championships, Haynes ran another PR, this time in the 400 meters with a time of 51.37.
2019-20: Now a Junior, Haynes continues to work hard and will continue to improve upon his 400 meter and 600 yard times. Haynes's best mark in the 400 meters came at the Steve Miller Open where he ran a 52.60. His outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.
2020-21: Haynes was able to set a lifetime best in the 400 meters at the MIAA Indoor Championships where he ran 50.31. He carried that momentum into the outdoor season where he ran a lifetime best of 22.62 for 200 meters at the ESU Spring Invitational.

Born November 12, 1998...son of Keith and Brandy Haynes...has one brother Ethan...majoring in Business Administration.
