At ESU
2019-20: Ewing spent the past season at Pittsburg State and has decided to transfer to ESU. He will red-shirt the 2019-20 season due to inter-conference transferring rules but Ewing will bring his knowledge and help the Hornets program in many ways.
2020-21: Ewing finally got to put a uniform on and compete and opened up at the UCM Invitational where he high jumped 1.88m (6'2") and long jumped 6.41m (21'0.5"). He would go on to improve his long jump mark at the Bearcat Invitational a few weeks later with a jump of 6.42m (21'0.75"). A week after that, Ewing would PR in the high jump at the Ichabod Invitational by clearing 1.99m (6'6.25"). Ewing battled a foot injury the rest of the indoor season and sat out the first few weeks of the outdoor season.
