At ESU
2017-18: Seats had a season best in the weight throw of 45'9.75" (13.96m) which came at the Shocker Prelude. During the outdoor season, Seats would throw the hammer 151'2" (46.09m) at the MIAA Outdoor Championships.
2018-19: Seats would set a new lifetime best in the weight throw at the MIAA Indoor Championships by throwing 46'10.75" (14.29m). Seats would also set a new lifetime best in the hammer throw at the ESU Relays by throwing 159'9" (48.69m).
2019-20: Seats would set a new lifetime best in the weight throw with a toss of 50'2" (15.29m) which happened at the UCM Invite. His outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.
2020-21: Seats saw a lifetime best mark in the weight throw at the Bearcat Invitational where he threw 15.36m (50'4.75"). His best mark in the hammer this year came at the Midwest Classic where he threw 46.26m (151'9").
