At ESU
2017-18: A sprinter from Topeka, Kansas, Barber enters his second year with the men's track and field program with sights on scoring in the MIAA. With personal bests of 11.88, 23.62, and 51.97 in the 100m, 200m, and 400m respectively, Barber will look to improve on his marks this upcoming season.Â
2018-19: Barber clocked a PR of 7.08 in the 60 meters at the Crimson & Gold Invitational only to follow up at the KSU Steve Miller Open with a PR of 22'0.25" (6.71m) in the long jump.
2019-20: Barber enters his Senior year for the Hornets and will look to improve upon his long jump marks. Barber opened his 2019-20 indoor season at the Crimson & Gold Invitational with a long jump mark of 20'1.75" (6.14m). Barber's season best came at the Shocker Prelude where he jumped 21' (6.40m). Barber's 2020 Outdoor Track & Field season was canceled due to COVID-19.
2020-21: Barber opened up his 2020-21 Indoor season at the UCM Invite where he jumped a mark of 6.51m (21'4.25"). Barber would go on to improve that mark at the Bearcat Invitational where he jumped 6.55m (21'6"). Barber had a big outdoor opener at the ESU Spring Invitational where he set a lifetime PR in the long jump with a mark of 7.08m (23'2.75"). He would go on to better that PR by jumping 7.12m (23'4.5") at the Midwest Classic. Barber will go into the MIAA Outdoor Championships where he looks to pick up a couple points for the Hornets.

Born October 26, 1997...son of Gail Mukundi and Allen Barber...has three siblings Aneas, Stephen, and Tramaine...majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology.
