In HS
Ramos is a graduate of Leavenworth HS where he was a 3x State qualifier. During his Sophomore season, Rams placed 8th in the 400 meters at the State Championships. The next year, he placed 3rd in the 400 meters and was All-State in the 4x400 relay. During his Senior season, Ramos was the runner-up in the 400 meters at the State Championships. Ramos was also a 3x AAU Junior Olympian.
At ESU
2019-20: Ramos enters his collegiate career with the Hornets where he will be training behind some of the best 400 meter runners in the nation. Ramos ran a PR in the 400 meters at the Gorilla Classic by clocking a 49.35. Ramos was also apart of the championship 4x400 meter relay team at the MIAA Indoor Championships. Ramos's outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.Â
2020-21: Ramos was again a member of the 4x400 relay team that placed 4th at the MIAA Indoor Championships and qualified for the NCAA Indoor National Championships. His best mark this year came at the Midwest Classic where he ran 49.43 for 400 meters.
