Emporia State University Head Track & Field Coach Steve Blocker announced the addition of Carter Olander to the staff on July 1, 2019, completing the staff as it begins preparations for the 2019-20 cross country and track & field seasons. "I am extremely happy to add Carter to our staff. His experience on the elite-level of collegiate cross country and track & field will be a tremendous addition to our programs" Blocker said.
