Biography
In HS
Morgan is a graduate of Tonganoxie HS where he was a National Honor Society member and Academic All-State in cross country. Morgan was 11th in class 4A 3200m, a Frontier League champion at 3200m and cross country and 14th in class 4A State Cross Country.
At ESU
2019-20: Morgan will begin his collegiate career with the Hornets where he will look to improve upon his marks from high school. He will focus on getting the necessary experience for a collegiate athlete and finding his identity as a distance runner. Morgan had a PR in the mile at the Bearcat Open where he ran a 4:47.49. He would run another PR in the 3000 meters the following week at the Steve Miller Open where he ran a 9:38.97. Morgan's outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.
2020-21: Morgan has found his stride in the 3000 meter steeplechase where he ran a 10:04.98 at the ESU Spring Invitational for his first ever steeplechase. Morgan has continued to shave off time in that race every time he touches the track. At the Wichita State Open, Morgan went below 10 minutes by clocking a 9:46.40. Morgan will look to contend in the steeplechase at the MIAA Outdoor Championships.

Born October 3, 2000...son of John and Kris Morgan...has two siblings Emma and Corinne...majoring in marketing.
