Biography
In HS
Helton is a graduate of Augusta HS where he was All-League in Cross Country all four years. Helton was All-State twice for Cross Country and once in the 3200 meters. Off the course and track, Helton was the secretary of National Honors Society and he was All-Academic in Cross Country.
At ESU
2020-21: Helton will begin his collegiate career with the Hornets where he hopes to be a contributor come championship season. Helton has been a huge contributor for the Hornets, particularly in the Distance Medley Relay. He set a lifetime best in the 800 meters at the Wichita State Open where he ran 1:58.99. Helton's future looks bright for the Hornets.

Born December 14, 2001...son of Kenny and Meredith Helton...has one sibling Brianna...majoring in Business Administration.
