In HS
Four time State qualifier, Four time State medalist, three time big All-City, and 4x400m relay State Champion in 2015.  Currently holds two school records at Edmond Santa Fe HS.

At ESU
2017-18: During his Freshman year, Rhone was apart of the 4x400 relay that won it all at the KU Relays and scored 3 points for the Hornets in the 400 at the MIAA Indoor Conference Championships.
2018-19: Now entering his Sophomore year, Rhone had his best season yet. He clocked a PR of 48.65 in the 400 meters at the MIAA Indoor Championships placing 6th. Rhone was a member of the 4x400 relay that won and set the meet record at the MIAA Outdoor Championships (3:09.56). This same relay qualified for the NCAA Division II National Championships and placed 6th, earning all four members All-American status.
2019-20: Rhone is one of the leaders of this Hornet program and will continue to build upon his success his Junior year. Rhone ran a new lifetime best in the 400 meters at the Gorilla Classic by clocking a 47.87. That mark would move him to second on the ESU all-time list. Rhone's outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.
2020-21: Rhone was the vetern leader on the 4x400 meter relay this indoor season where he helped lead that relay team to a 4th place finish at the MIAA Indoor Championships and a NCAA Indoor Championship qualifying time. Rhone set a lifetime PR in the 200 meters this outdoor season at the Wichita State Open where he ran 22.26.
