Biography
In HS
Trost is a graduate of McPherson HS where he was a Kansas Honors Scholar and was on the honor roll all 4 years. On the track, Trost placed 10th in the decathlon at the AAU Junior Olympics.
At ESU
2019-20: Trost begins his collegiate career where he looks to develop into an elite multi and help the Hornets come championship season. Trost's best heptathlon came at the MIAA Indoor Championships where he scored. His outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.
2020-21: Trost competed in his first ever collegiate decathlon at the K.T. Woodman Classic where he scored 6062 points. He looks to be a contributor in the decathlon at the MIAA Outdoor Championships.

Born March 8, 2001...son of Brandon and Amy Trost...has 3 siblings Ryen, Darian, and Kierstan...majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing.
