Olmsted is a graduate from Salina Central HS.
At ESU
2019: Olmsted is a Sophomore academically but enters his first year with the Hornets where he will look to develop his physical and mental skills. Olmsted began his cross country career with a 22:59.6 6k at the J.K. Gold Classic.
2020: Olmsted's season was canceled due to COVID-19.
2021: Olmsted ran a PR of 29:32 at the ESU Invite.

Born August 26, 1999...son of Timi Sankey and Jim Olmsted...has one sibling Blake...majoring in business administration with a minor in entrepreneurship.
