Shea Scarlett is in his second season as an Assistant for the Hornets. He comes to ESU after coaching JV Basketball at Golden High School in Golden, Colorado. He also served as a coach for the Shining Stars Basketball Club. 

Before starting his coaching career he played basketball for two seasons at Johnson and Wales College in Denver, Colo. Played at McCook Community College.  

Played at Ralston Valley High School where he was an All-State selection in Class 4A.
