Adam Gage is in his first season with the Emporia State men's basketball coaching staff as an assistant coach.
Prior to his arrival in Emporia, Gage spent a season as Director of Operations at NCAA Division I member Georgia Southern University. Before moving to Georgia, Gage spent two seasons as a Graduate Assistant Coach at NCAA Division I member Morehead State. He assisted in leading the Eagle program to prominence in 2020-21, winning the program's first Ohio Valley Conference Tournament championship in 10 years and leading the Eagles to the NCAA Tournament with a 23-8 record. He also earned his Master’s Degree at Morehead State.
Gage came to Morehead State by way of the College of Central Florida where he served as a volunteer assistant with the men's basketball team under Head Coach Tim Ryan.
Gage, a native of Beverly Hills, FL, graduated from Florida Gulf Coast with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science in 2018. In his four years at FGCU, he was a student manager and was a part of two Atlantic Sun Conference regular season title teams and two tournament championship teams.
