Biography

2021: Dobbins became the primary field goal and kickoff man for the Hornets. He made five field goals with a season long of 39 yards and recorded 21 touchbacks on kickoffs.

2019: Sam primarily took on the role of kickoffs for the Hornets, recording 10 touchbacks on 41 kickoffs.

2018: Sam split both field goal and kickoff duties for the Hornets in his redshirt freshman season.

2017: Sam Dobbins joined the Hornets for his first year at Emporia State.

High School: Dobbins was named All-State as a kicker in his junior season. He averaged over 35 yards per punt in his final year at Emporia High School.
