Biography

Sims comes to Emporia State from Marshall HS out of Texas.  He was a standout two-way player for Marshall.  In his Senior year he had 33 receptions for 695 yards and eight touchdowns along with two carries for 54 yards and a touchdown.  He was named First-Team All-District receiver both his Senior and Junior seasons.  Raijon helped lead the Mavericks to a 10-3 record and a spot in the third round of the Texas Playoffs.  He is a member of Marshall’s Basketball and Track and Field teams.  He plans on majoring in business.
