Biography

Ragland transfers to Emporia State from Garden City CC where he had three tackles and a sack in four games. He started his collegiate career at Akron and appeared in four games for the Zips. Ragland recorded 40 tackles, 14 tackles for loss, five sacks, and four forced fumbles in his career at Westerville Central HS.
