Biography

Teal is coming to Emporia State from Laverne HS in Oklahoma.  He rushed for 5,840 yards and 132 Touchdowns in his high school career.  He has been named an All-State Running back by the Oklahoma Coaches Association and will be playing in the OCA 8-Man All-Star Game.  Teal was named Class B1 Offensive Player of the Year, and Class B1 Division 1 MVP.  Along with the individual success on the field Teal led his team to three State Championship games, winning two and being state runner up his senior year. Teal is a two-time Oklahoma State Champion in the 100m, along with being a State Powerlifting Champion.  He is a member of Lavernes Baseball and Basketball teams.  He plans on majoring in business.
