Harris enters his third year on the Hornet coaching staff and is the recievers coach and recruiting coordinator for Emporia State..

Harris transferred to Emporia State in the spring of 2017 and was a two-year letter winner for the Hornets where he played alongside record setting quarterback Braxton Marstall and receiver Justin Brown. In Harris’ senior season he helped the Hornets to a Corsicana Bowl Championship. He earned All-MIAA honors while hauling in 57 receptions for 829 yards and led the MIAA with 14 total touchdowns.

Harris is an alumnus of Andover Central HS and started his college career at Hutchinson CC where he was a two-year letter winner and served as a team captain his sophomore season.

Harris received his Marketing degree from Emporia State in 2018 and is currently working on his MBA with a focus in marketing.
