During the 2017 season, Holman started 15 games on the mound for the Hornets. Throwing 98.1 total innings, he finished the season with an 11-3 record and a 4.03 ERA with 81 strikeouts and 22 walks. Holman was voted 2nd Team All-MIAA.

Due to an elbow injury and rehab, Holman was forced to redshirt a second time during the 2016 season with the Hornets.

During his junior season in 2015, Holman attended the University of Southern Mississippi where he was a medical redshirt due to an elbow injury. He underwent Tommy John Surgery in May of 2015.

While a sophomore in 2014 at Cowley County Community College, Holman went 9-2 with a 2.63 ERA. He pitched 68.1 innings with 14 appearances and one save.

In 2013, Holman's freshman season at Cowley County Community College, he went 3-1 with a 0.76 ERA. Holman pitched 35.1 innings in 21 appearances with 5 saves.

Holman won the 2012 5A State Baseball Championship during his senior year at Bishop Carroll High School.

Holman is pursuing his Master's Degree in Business Administration and is the son of Brent and Lisa Holman.
