2020: In the four games he started in the spring of 2020, Malachi struck out 15 batters over 19 innings pitched posting a 2-0 record. He held a 2.84 era allowing only 14 hits. 

2019:Malachi made Second-team All-Conference in his freshman season at Garden City Community College where he appeared in 13 games; starting 11.
Worked 64.1 innings, posting a 4.76 era (top 15 in conference) He finished with a 6-2 record with 56 Ks and 14 BBs.
