Biography

2020: In the shortened season, Minnick hit .318 with 6 doubles and had an OBP of .495. 

2019: In 2019, Minnick played in all 48 games, hitting .297 with 52 hits, 13 doubles and 6HR’s. He earned a 3rd Team All-MIAA, and was awarded the Gold Glove for the catching position. 
 
2018: Redshirted for the Hornets.
 
2017: As a sophomore at Neosho County, he hit .359 in 217 AB’s with 21 doubles, 2 triples, 9 HR’s, and 69 RBI’s. Minnick was named First Team All-Conference, First Team  All-Region, 3rd Team All-American, and earned the Gold Glove as a catcher in the Jayhawk Conference.
 
2016: As a freshman at Neosho County Community College Minnick hit .358 in 120 AB’s with 8 doubles, 1 HR, and 29 RBI’s.
