Sophomore Season (2023)
Ran a personal-best 17:49.3 in the 5k at the Emporia State Invitational, finishing fourth ... Finished 26th at the MIAA Championships and top 100 at the Central Region Championships.

Freshman Season (2022)
Posted a season-best 18:20.3 in just her second meet, the Missouri Southern Stampede ... Ran a personal-best in the 6k at the Central Region Championships, running a 22:21.5. 

High School
Attended Blue Valley Northwest HS and is from Overland Park, KS ... Finished top 50 at the 2021 KSHSAA 6A State XC Championships ... Finished second in the EKL meet in the 800m and finished second in the 4x800m relay at the state championships in her senior year.
