2020-21: During the 2021 spring season, Liz scored a pair of goals for the Hornets. She was also named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2018-19: (Johnson County CC) Started in all 20 games as a freshman and scored 3 goals and added 3 assists for the Cavaliers.

High School: Second Team 5A All-State as a junior ... First Team 5A All-State as a senior
