In HS
Walters is a graduate of Ottawa HS where he was a 3A State team qualifier in 2015. In 2016, Walters earned All-Flint Hills League and was apart of the team that was runner-up at the league meet. Off the course, Walters was the FBLA club president from 2017-2018 and earned All-Flint Hills League Academic.

At ESU
2020: Walters joins the Hornets where he will continue to develop as a distance runner. His first season with the Hornets was canceled due to COVID-19.
2021:  Walters ran a PR of 30:56 over the 8 Kilometers course at the ESU Invite.

Personal 
Born July 13, 2001...son of Jeanette Weien and Benjamin Walters...has seven siblings, Mckenzie, Emily, Kennison, Olivia, Neill, Kaelynn, and Lilian...majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics, Data Security, Information Systems, and Coaching.
