Biography

In HS
Phelps is a graduate of Dodge City HS where she was a State medalist in the 300 meter hurdles, the 4x400 meter relay, and the 4x800 meter relay. Off the track, Phelps finished in the top ten percent of her class.

At ESU
2020-21: Phelps enters her Freshman year with the lady Hornets where she will train as a combined event athlete.

Born February 7, 2002...daughter of Michael and Mandy Phelps...has two siblings, Ali and Mason...majoring in Elementary Education.
