In HS
Schwerdtfeger graduated with honors and technical honors from Emporia HS. She was a 4 year letter winner in track and was MVP All-team for track.
At ESU
2019-20: Schwerdtfeger trades in her Spartan uniform for a Power E uniform where she will help build the jumps and sprints programs. In her debut for the lady Hornets at the Crimson & Gold Invitational, Schwerdtfeger had seasonal bests in the long jump and triple jump with marks of 18'5.75" (5.63m) and 36'2.75" (11.04m) respectively. Schwerdtfeger's outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.
2020-21: Schwerdtfeger begins her Sophomore year with the lady Hornets and continues to build her skills in the jumps.
