Biography
In HS
A graduate from Emporia HS, Milleson was on the Honor Roll for all 4 years where she was also 2x first team all-league in track. She was 4th at the State meet in the shot put in 2018 and in 2019 she was the state runner-up in the shot put. Milleson is a 3x State qualifier and a 4 year letter winner.
At ESU
2019-20: A Freshman for the lady hornets, Milleson will look to improve upon her marks in the shot put and discus. At the Steve Miller Open, Milleson threw a lifetime best in the weight throw by throwing a mark of 38'10.25" (11.84m). The following week at the MIAA Indoor Championships, Milleson threw a lifetime best in the shot put with a mark of 38'0.75" (11.60m). Milleson's outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.
2020-21: Milleson is coming off a strong Freshman season and she looks to pick things up where she left off. Milleson's best mark in the shot put came at the Alex Francis Classic where she had a toss of 12.60m (41'4.25").
