Biography

2020: Started 6 games in the shortened season. Threw 34.1 innings and recorded 52 SO’s.

2019:  Started 14 games and went 5-4 with a 2.81 ERA in 83.1 innings. Recorded 79 SO’s with a .216 BAA.

2018: Medically Redshirted at Emporia State University

2017: Medically Redshirted at Stephen F. Austin University

2016: As a sophomore, transferred to Johnson County Community College where he logged 72.2 innings in 14 starts. In those appearances he had an 8-1 record with 6 complete games. He struck out 83 hitters, allowed 21 walks and allowed 30 earned runs. His K/9 was 10.28 and his ERA was 3.72. He helped lead the team to a 46-19 record with a 2nd place finish in the Region 6 tournament.

2015: As a freshman at Iowa Western Community College, he led the team with 15 appearances. He threw 24 innings with a 1.50 ERA. In those appearances he struck out 17 hitters, allowed 15 hits and walked 9 while allowing 4 runs. He helped the team finish 54-7 (36 game win streak during the season) and appear in the JUCO World Series.
