October 21, 2026-This Saturday's Emporia State football game against Central Missouri already had a lot going for it. The Hornets are undefeated and ranked #8 in the country.  It is the first night-time Homecoming game in Emporia State history. And now it will be the first MIAA Football game shown on Sports Illustrated TV (SI-TV).

The Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association announced a content licensing agreement with Metta Sport, bringing select MIAA Network broadcasts to popular sports streaming networks like RYZ and SI-TV.

The new partnership grants Metta Sport's networks access to select MIAA volleyball, football, basketball, wrestling, softball and baseball games/matches for international TV exposure. All MIAA broadcasts will utilize the video and audio directly from The MIAA Network live stream.

"We are excited to work with Metta Sports to strategically place important MIAA games and matches on live national television at SI-TV and the RYZ Sports Network!" said MIAA Commissioner Mike Racy. "NCAA championship success has put our MIAA member schools on the national radar, and this partnership with Metta will help college sports fans across the country discover how they can watch more MIAA action every day on the MIAA Network."

Metta Sport was formed to satisfy the growing demand for live, multiplatform delivery of sporting events worldwide. Its collegiate sports portfolio includes hundreds of NCAA events with multiple delivery options, including satellite and digital streaming. Metta Sport utilizes popular Free Ad-Supported TV (FAST) channels RYZ Sports Network and SI-TV (Sports Illustrated). RYZ Sports Network and SI-TV are both available through Amazon Prime Video, DirecTV, Fubo, Sling TV, and Fire TV, as well as Samsung TV Plus, Roku, LG Channels, VIZIO WatchFree+, Xumo Play, and Google TV.

If fans do not have access to SI-TV they can still purchase the game on the MIAA Network, listen on KFFX 104.9FM and kvoe.com, or actually attend the game.  As of Wednesday morning there are less than 200 reserved seat tickets available. Fans can purchase a general admission ticket at half price on game day by bringing a non-perishable food item to contribute to the Can the Bods competition.

The following MIAA volleyball matches and MIAA football games are already scheduled to be broadcast on RYZ Network and SI-TV this fall. All games broadcast on the new outlets will remain available on The MIAA Network.
