Emporia State men's tennis wins at McPherson

Box Score March 6, 2023-After dropping all three doubles matches the Emporia State men roared back to take four of six singles matches and win 4-3 at McPherson on Monday afternoon. The dual was rescheduled form the weekend.
 
The Bulldogs took all three doubles matches to go up 1-0 headed into singles play.  Harrison Brown and Theo Belmonte made quick work of their opponents with Brown winning 6-1, 6-3 at #5 singles and Belmonte winning 6-3, 6-3 at #3. Gwendal Mazuay won 6-1, 7-5 at #6 and Jordi Bou Sastre got a three-set win, 3-6, 6-4, 10-8, at #2 singles to clinch the match for the Hornets.
 
The Hornets are back in action on Saturday, March 11 when both the men and women play host to Lubbock Christian at the Kossover Family Tennis Center. First serve is set for 11:00 a.m.
